Using a sharp knife, cut the avocados in half. Chop into the stone with the knife and twist to release it. Using a spoon, scrape out the avocado flesh into a large bowl.
Add the rest of the ingredients and the juice of half the lime.
Using a whisk, mash the avocado until smooth. Whisk everything together to your desired consistency. Season well with salt and pepper and serve.
