Simple Homemade Nachos
small corn tortilla wraps
Cut each tortilla wrap into 8 triangles using either a pizza cutter or a sharp knife.
Put the sunflower oil into a large non-stick frying pan, cooking about 5-6 at one time – do not to crowd the pan. Turn them all and fry until golden brown.
Drain the nachos on a paper towel allowing them to crisp up further.
Sprinkle with salt, serve and enjoy!
