  1. Cook the onions in a little bit of oil on a medium heat until soft. Add the bacon and cook for a few minutes.
  2. Add the garlic and cook for a further minute. Add the flour being sure to coat everything, then add the stock.
  3. Bringing the stock up to the boil then stir in the milk.
  4. Bring to the boil. Turn the heat down and add the parsley, simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. Add the peas.
  6. If your scallops are big add then first and cook for a minute. Then add the squid and prawns, be careful you don’t over cook the seafood.
  7. Add a bit of parsley to garnish, serve with garlic bread and enjoy!
