Simple Homemade Nachos

Ingredients
  

  • 8 small corn tortilla wraps
  • 1 tbsp sunflower oil

Instructions
 

  • Cut each tortilla wrap into 8 triangles using either a pizza cutter or a sharp knife.
  • Put the sunflower oil into a large non-stick frying pan, cooking about 5-6 at one time - do not to crowd the pan. Turn them all and fry until golden brown.
  • Drain the nachos on a paper towel allowing them to crisp up further.
  • Sprinkle with salt, serve and enjoy!
