This is the simplest gelato (Italian ice cream) you'll ever make and it tastes just like Christmas! Give it a go, you wont be disappointed!

Really Easy Christmas Gelato

Servings 1 large tub

Ingredients
  

  • 450 g light condensed mik
  • 500 g double cream
  • 400 g mince meat
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1.5 tsp cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Put all the ingredients in a bowl apart from the mince meat and whisk together until you have soft peaks.
  • Add the whole jar of mince meat and stir in with a wooden spoon.
  • Put your mixture into a tub and freeze for 24 hours.
  • Enjoy over the festive period!
